- This church is committed to sharing compassionate
care and nurture with our members and neighbors through a variety of
ministries. Our pastors, care team members and parish nurse meet weekly,
and are in daily communication about congregational and community care
needs. They monitor and respond to 50-60 care situations in the congregation

+Pastoral visitation at home and on the telephone
+Surgery, medical care and hospital calls
+Crisis Counseling and short-term counseling (up to
about ten sessions) with Pastor Mary Keen.
+Pre-marriage, marriage and separation/divorce counseling
+Parish Nurse visits, blood-pressure screening, health
instruction, health counseling, friendly visits
+Congregation Care personal visits, call or notes
for individuals or households with pressing needs
+Licensed Marriage and Family Counseling, short-term,
for members at no or low cost. These services are also available at adjustable
costs for community residents (with Pastor Mary Keen)
+Adult and family classes on marriage, children, teens,
and other relationship areas
+Practical helps care for individuals or households
in need (e.g. meals, rides, friendly visits, etc.) |
