Northfield United Methodist Church is seeking a creative, energetic, and collaborative leader to develop opportunities for children, youth, and families to grow in faith, build relationships, and connect with the life of the church and wider community.
This position (approximately 30 hours per week) offers an opportunity to lead children and youth ministries, build on what’s already in place, explore new possibilities, and cultivate relationships and leadership for the future.

Children and Youth Program Intern
The Children and Youth Program Intern helps organize, plan, and run activities for children and youth, assisting with direct supervision, programs, and event logistics. Responsibilities include supervising participants, creating engaging content for social media and educational materials, and providing support for logistics and programs. This role provides real-world experience in youth development, leadership, and teamwork.
